The Ladies are invited to Sac City After Five's "Recipe For Life" supper on Monday
evening, July 22nd at 7 p.m., at First Christian Church. Our speaker is Colleen Keen, Monroe, Wisconsin. Colleen relates how she found freedom from abuse and life's burdens and came to know her true identity.  Colleen will also do our Special Feature on food and nutrition. Humanae Vitae (July 25) which articulates Catholic beliefs about human sexuality, conjugal love and
responsible parenthood. The dates also mark the feast of Saints Joachim and Anne (July 26),

Keynote speaker will be Bobby Schindler, giving a presentation addressing euthanasia and the end of life
issues that the Culture of Death is pushing upon us across the USA. Please help spread the word - admission is free! Bishop Nickless and the Diocese of Sioux City are co-sponsoring this event.


There will be a mandatory class for ALL CCD teachers in the Cluster of St. Mary's, Sac City, St. Joseph, Wall Lake and Sacred Heart, Early on Saturday, August 24th at St. Mary's Parish Center in Sac City at 8:00 AM opening with Mass, paperwork and
closing Prayer will finish out the day at 5:30 PM.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided.  If you are a teacher or are thinking about becoming a teacher you MUST
attend this class.  This class will help anyone with teaching CCD.
