Projects Peace and Justice would encourage you to participate in are:

  • Save your HyVee receipts! Receipts totaling $18,750 can be turned in for a $125 cash redemption to non-profit
       organizations. Your receipts can be dropped in the  box 
       provided in the vestibule of the Sacred Heart Church.
  • Paper bags will be provided for you to collect
       unopened/unused medical items to be sent to Haiti.
       Suggestions include: aspirin/Tylenol, vitamins with iron,
       bandages/gauze, anti-diarrhea medicine, anti-bacterial
       ointments, cough medicines.  Please return to the church
      vestibule or parish office anytime during Lent.
  • Materials for Ugly Quilts are also needed. 
      Materials can be brought to the parish office anytime during Lent.
