Dick Scholarship. ($250 value) If you are graduate of the Class of 2009 and a 
member of the Sacred Heart parish you are eligible.  Write an application letter 
stating how you would use the money.  Give your letter to Fr. John or bring it to the parish office. The deadline is being 
extended to October 5, 2009.Text Box: 4:00 PM Mass Change
On Oct. 3 the 4 PM Mass will switch from St. Joseph to St. Mary’s. I really encourage each of our parishes to use the other parishes Masses.  Be sure to show hospitality to the new people 
present.  Transitions always occur best as people are received with kindness.  Just put your 
envelope in the regular collection and it will be sent to your respective parish.Text Box: On October 4th I start retreat at Cedar Falls till Thursday.  On the weekend I am going to Iowa City for the Iowa/Michigan game.  Then on Monday there begins a convocation for all the priests of the Sioux City Diocese, active and retired.
