collected. Please put them in the box under the table in the vestibule.

Penance Tree is up. Please take a tag from the basket by the tree, read it, hang it on the tree and do the
penance during Lent.

Special Collections during Lent
      ~Bags will be provided for   
        you to put your unopened/   
         unused, non-prescription
       
medicines in. These will be
        taken to Milford then shipped
        to Haiti.

Materials for Ugly Quilts
      may be brought to the parish
      office. These will also be taken
      to Milford to aid in their quilt
      project for the needy.

Thank you for the contributions made to the special collections for the Peace and Justice Heifer Project. Because of your generosity we were able to send $800 to Heifer International.  This will provide
1-heifer, 1-pig, 1-goat, & 1 flock chicks, ducks or goslings for programs that
alleviate hunger and
poverty throughout the world.

NO MARRIAGES IN THE DARK
Marriages in the church after dark have been put under the ban by the Catholic bishop and clergy of Sioux City.  All
Catholics, it is declared, should be married in the morning and with at least a low Mass.
