I would like to thank Fr. Burns, St. Joseph and Sacred Heart Parishes for their prayers, thoughts and support for my husband, Butch, while he fought and lost his battle with cancer.  I would also like to thank those who made the food and worked at the funeral dinner-it was all very much appreciated.

This year's Bishop's Dinner is set for Sunday, October 21 at the Sioux City Convention Center.  Tickets are $125 per person with $85 of each ticket going to Catholic Schools within the Sioux City Diocese.  Last year, nearly $161,000 was distributed to Catholic schools because of the success of the Bishop's Dinner.
