Word was received this past week of the death of David Ryan, husband of Pam (Faber) Ryan,   Mary Ludwig's son-in-law.  Condolences may be sent to Pam at 1338 West Cantamar Dr., St. George, Utah  84790 or call her at 435-673-6253. Eternal rest grant to him, O Lord.  May he rest in peace.

Thank you to the families of Rita (Elmer) Tiefenthaler and John Mohr, for the memorial of two paten bowls for hosts, that were given in memory of their loved ones, Rita and John.   These gifts will be a constant reminder to this
parish of the love and dedication your loved ones had for their church. 

Thank you to all 10th and 2nd grade students for your participation in the Mass on Sunday, Dec. 10th.  The older students are a good role model for the younger students.  God bless you all.

On Christmas we will again be taking the annual and traditional collection for Catholic Charities.  Catholic Charities is committed to helping our community, whether through individual or family counseling, aiding families in times of natural disaster, or advocacy for family farmers.  Thank you in advance for remembering Catholic Charities in our special Christmas collection and for helping them to continue to assist those in need.

Congratulations to Daniel Higgins, son of Mike and Mary Higgins, who was confirmed, Sunday, Dec. 10 at the Cathedral in Sioux City.
