City of Early Minutes - April 23, 2008

A special meeting of the Early City Council was held on Apr. 23, 2008. All Council had been notified and accepted. Mayor Richard Snyder called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with roll call as follows: Present: Bill Cougill, Pennie Irwin, Vince Davis, Mary Ann Brinkman. Absent: Randy Franken.

The meeting was called to approve the contract and bond for the sewer lagoon project. Res. 08-16 approved the contract and bond for R & R Excavating for the project on roll call vote. Absent: Franken.

Councilor Franken arrived at 7:10 p.m.

Motion was unanimously passed to approve the request #3 for a draw on the CDBG grant funds for the sewer project.

Motion was unanimously passed to approve the residential building permits for Thad Stamp, a car port and Mike Schmitt, a fence.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m. on voice vote.
