Shriners Hospitals for Children is a network of 22 hospitals offering specialized medical care to children. Shriners Hospitals are located throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Eighteen of the 22 Shriners Hospitals provide comprehensive pediatric orthopaedic care to children, including outpatient and inpatient care, diagnostic services, surgery, medical care, casts, braces, prosthetics, X-rays, rehabilitation services, recreation and continuation of their education.
Children from infancy to their 18th birthday may be elgible for treatment if in the opinion of the chief of staff there is a reasonable possibility that treatment will benefit the child. There is never a charge to the patient or parent for any service at Shriners Hospitals. The Shrine philanthropy is supported by each Shriner's annual hospital assessment, hospital fund-raising events and by contributions, gifts and bequests of their many friends who want to make an "Investment in Humanity." Tax-deductible contributions can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children thorugh gifts of cash, securities, real estate, life insurance and through provisions in wills or trusts.

The Shriner's White Horse Patrol (not pictured) will be joining the Crossroads Days Parade and will give a performance afterward at the football field northwest of the school. They will present an hour-long routine that completes their precision performance. This photo is of a similiar Shriner's horse patrol.
The Abu Bekr Foot Patrol will be in the parade as will the Model T, Motorcycles, ATV group, Flying Carpets, and Rat Patrol. Bruce Kolbe, Potentate for 2004, has agreed to be our Grand Marshall of the parade and will be riding in the Shriner's Carriage.
